Hand Hygeine & Infection Control Compliance Audit - 11th July 2023
Hand Hygiene
The current overall Hand Hygiene compliance rate is 98%.
This compliance rate is excellent, it is above the required Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) of 80% and above the current National Compliance rate of 86.1%.
Cleaning Audit
The required standard (Acceptable Quality Level = AQL) is 90%. Overall compliance is 100%, which is another excellent result and demonstrates continued and sustained improvement.
Aseptic Technique
Three staff were audited for compliance with Aseptic Technique.
All 3 staff were 100% compliant.
